At Ovaltel our trained and qualified technicians will repair your telephone equipment and after being repaired the unit will go for cleaning then back to the repair center for a final test.  And finally it will be given new handset and line cords then shrink wrapped and boxed if requested.  Most of our repairs are covered by a complete one year warranty.

TEST AND CLEAN SERVICES

Ovaltel will provide a complete test on the unit’s basic functions then sent for cleaning and then it is provided with a new handset and line cord then shrink wrapped and box if requested from the customeré

If upon testing the unit is found to be defective, Ovaltel will notify the customer for their permission to proceed with the repair or to leave the unit aside.
