Prior to its sale, all equipment is carefully cleaned, inside
and out, then tested according to strict and proven procedures.
All of the work is carried out on site at our 4,200 sq. ft.
facilities by a team of competent and professional technicians.
All equipment includes a serial number, the initials of the
technician responsible for the work, and the warranty expiry
date.
New handset cords and line cords are automatically supplied.
All of our refurbished material is covered by a comprehensive
one-year warranty.
Repair services
Ovaltel offers repair services for all telephone system components.
All of
the equipment is thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, and
new handset cords and line cords are automatically offered.
On request, for a minimal additional charge, we will replace the telephone case.
All repaired equipment is covered by a comprehensive one-year
warranty. This warranty is not limited to the repairs carried
out by the
Ovaltel team, but rather, covers all equipment components.
